"The house was located in a good spot for our trips to see the redwoods. It was very clean. There were good restaurants in the area. We enjoyed going just outside of town to a farm with a pumpkin patch. The only downside to the house was that there is not a good, comfortable chair to sit in and read. It would also be nice to have a chair in the bedroom. Instructions for the TV would also be helpful."

"Our stay was perfect. The house is absolutely stunning. Everything is top of the line, I felt very spoiled staying here. And on top of it, it’s dog friendly. Our fur babies felt just as welcome as we did. The location is highly desired. Near the beach, Redwoods and in town but secluded so it feels like you’re in the country somewhere. "The location was great, Amy the host was very accessible. The house is very spacious and comfortable, equipped with extra supplies in the pantry and for cleaning up if needed. Very quiet and relaxing neighborhood. We went for our sons graduation at Val poly Humboldt, and couldn’t ask for a better place to stay! I would definitely book again if I find myself in that area again."

It is about 5 miles up a small rural 2 lane road, about 20 minutes from Eureka. There is a beautiful farming community before you turn up the road and Bayside is close-by with an awesome restaurant. "This pink cottage was clean, safe and well stocked. One of the oldest Victorian homes in the area sits just across the street. Architectural history and a quiet street made our stay that much sweeter. The side yard was a great area for our dog to play. "
