"Our-of-the-way and right on golf course. Very quiet (except for mowing of greens). We had 18 people at maximum occupancy, with beds for almost everyone, and even then, the place didn't seem crowded. We all fit around inside table and outside table, at fire pit (and near grill), for much reminiscing (this was a memorial trip). Three bathrooms, thankfully, not two, and they are well-appointed; true, we had to make a TP run (and also to get coffee filters), but otherwise the place was well-stocked....

"Everyone had plenty of space to spread out (4 adults, 2 teenagers) which was really nice after a long day in the car and/or on the trails. Landscaping made the house feel private. Our giant Ford Expedition fit and could maneuver comfortably in the driveway. Host provided local recommendations which were really helpful, and was responsive for any questions. Walking distance to the beach and short drive from the redwoods. Communication with property manager was excellent, even gave us tons of information of where to visit. A+++"

"This is the ideal house, in a terrific location. Driveway parking, powerful external lighting, gates on every side of the fence, comfortable furniture both indoors, and outdoors.
