The king bed was so lumpy and uncomfortable. It sank in all over. Def needs a new mattress. Luckily there was a sofa sleeper and I slept there for 1/3 nights

It was nice with the pool and spa. Breakfast was great. Staff were very responsive to replenishing the waffle mix. Housekeeping and cleanliness were excellent. It was annoying having a separate entrance from the lobby to the hotel rooms so you have to have your key with you at all times to mobilize the property. It was disappointing being next to Lost Coast Brewery, only to find out it was not the actual restaurant. It was also frustrating not to be able to use our Roku to watch shows/movies/sports on our apps on that. Therefore, TV programming was limited.

I have stayed at this motel 2x a month for the last 3 years and was always pleased however this last stay wasn’t so pleasant the king size bed is in need of replacement and the hot breakfast sausage was so burnt you couldn’t even eat it

We had not stayed at a Comfort Inn before and were not quite sure what to expect. The person at the front desk was helpful and efficient. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were disappointed we could not open our window as we like fresh air. The breakfast eggs were good. The parking was well lit and convenient.

The property was clean, all the modern amenities, the pool and hot tub were fantastic, the breakfast was hot with plenty of options and included but mostly it was the staff. They were so kind and the check in was so easy! I come to Eureka often and we'll be staying here again and again. Highly recommend!

The manager, Jessica, was awesome. She was very helpful and professional. She ran this hotel well. The girl who ran the breakfast area was a hard worker. She kept things clean and well stocked. She never stopped moving.
