"As a family of four, we really enjoyed our stay! However, I would like to suggest to management that they do not allow guests to place personal items or clothing to reserve spots on the beach. For such a nice hotel, there should be clearer policies regarding this issue. Guests from Colonial and Mirage are using sunbeds designated for Elegance, simply by leaving their slippers on the chairs. This is something that needs to be addressed."

"We came here 4 years ago and it used to be such a great resort that we decided to return. However, it Was such a big disappointment. The staff were rude and not friendly. You couldnt even get someone to serve you in the evening at the bar (even though we were tipping a lot each time). The food was so horrible and got food poisoning on 3rd day, food was stale with very limited options. One of the worse vacations thus far despite the large price tag of the trip. Do not recommend at all! "

"First of all the only thing we liked was the staff service. Specially Sr. Bolivar Rivas (driver). This person is at your service and problem solving that makes you feel protected. Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service....
