"We had a wonderful time at barcelo beaches, had a few issues that guest services took care of immediately and made things fantastic for us, highly recommend the caribe buffet and the Kyoto Al a carte restaurant were our favorites, coral restaurant wasn't great in regards to service and the menu selection. "The staff is great, but a lot of the property was being remodeled, so the restaurant & pool choices were limited. We had upgraded to Privileged access, however, due to the remodeling in progress, it wasn't really worth it. "

Pool & beach areas were super clean and easy to navigate, plenty of space, we never didn't have a spot to tan. A fabulous place to vacation, already planning a future trip."

Beach access is nice, but there are a lot of people on the beach trying to sell stuff. One thing I didn't care for is that there are several things that you have to be a excellence member to utilize, which I didn't see on website."
