"We had a wonderful time at barcelo beaches, had a few issues that guest services took care of immediately and made things fantastic for us, highly recommend the caribe buffet and the Kyoto Al a carte restaurant were our favorites, coral restaurant wasn't great in regards to service and the menu selection. The pool and beach were really great, bartenders were excellent and would definitely look to return in the future. Clakson from guest services and the whole team there really took care of us,...

"The service is terrible. Everything is extremely slow with no enthusiasm. However they include hefty service charge into prices, without delivery the corresponding level of service. I would not recommend to stay there. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this resort. The food was very good and a lot of variety, especially enjoyed the steak at the Blue Water restaurant. The rooms very nice and clean. Multiple pools on the property. Good friendly people at the resort. All the staff at the resort was very hard working, nice, and helpful. "

"Property grounds were beautiful. Rooms were clean but bathroom and shower had a small odor. 5 restaurants and two buffets to choose from. Food options were average with one pr two a la carte restaurant being exceptional. Staff and bar tenders wede friendly and easy to work with. We would come back but hope the food would approve. Beach was beautiful"
