During my last visit, I noticed that Sayoko san at the front desk was going above and beyond to ensure that everyone’s check in process was smooth. "We travelled during new years and everything was closed, I think the hotel should do a better job of understanding what is open for guests. The location was a tad far to walk to the train station which was a negative. The Onsen was outstanding though and the rooms were very comfortable"
