"六甲アイランドといっても大きいので、海は見えないかと思いきや、客室は基本的に13-17階でレストランが18階だったので、眺めの良い朝食が頂けました。特に朝のビュッフェはオムレツとローストビーフをその場でサーブしてもらい、リッチです。"

"Clean rooms, friendly and English speaking staff. Breakfast buffet included and has a large section of eastern and western food. Sometimes the buffet is crowded. It was really convenient that the airport bus stopped here and the train station is here as well."

"Room was spacious and staff was kind, if inattentive. Main issue was the smell, the bathroom reeked of mildew to the point where it was almost impossible to use it, as well as having obvious mold on the grout in the tiles. With this being the case of the cleanliness of the bathroom we ended up having to buy sheets to put over the bed as there were stains of unknown origin on the bed and curtains. If we hadn't prepared for 3 nights we wouldn't have stayed even 1."

"ゴールデンウィーク中だったので、予約したくてとったが、あっちに着くと元々会員だったが、宿泊日は会員対応とならなかったので会員割引ができなかった。お金はクレジットから引き落ちるものだと思っていたがあっちで支払いだったので、それならスーベニアルームでなく空いているデラックスに泊めてもらえれる様な融通がきいたらいいなと思った。きっと、ホテルとの契約でできないのかな？と思いましたが… お部屋はいつもと変わらず綺麗で良かったです。ゆっくりできました。ありがとうございました"
