"Made this my home for almost a week and the staff was 👏 amazing. The door men greeted us daily and were so kind to us. Housekeeping was friendly and great at their job! Front desk accommodated our late check in and were so nice which is a big contrast from the rest of the city. Definitely will return. Great location to the studios and broadway and times square. Great location 👌 "

"I stayed here for my best friend’s 30th birthday! In total there were 4 of us. The front desk staff during check in was extremely friendly and kind. They had great recommendations and clearly communicated all the “need to know” information. The staff quickly responded when we needed assistance in our room and were in and out within one minute. The staff truly made this experience all the better! The room was beautiful and comfortable. We needed the key to use the elevator to go to any level aside from ground floor. This made us feel so much safer in the city! "
