The only down size is the lobby area is extremely small, so during day time can be a bit challenging. Within easy walking distance of Akihabara and several different train lines, it made it incredibly convenient to get around the city. We even walked to Tokyo station in 25 minutes (to explore, there are lots of transit options) The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful, and the hotel even had a free coffee machine and often little snacks as well.
