"We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Palace Casino Resort. We really didn't need to leave to go elsewhere to eat or simply go elsewhere to have coffee, a sandwich or something sweet. Their Cafe, is great just for that. Their buffet is second to none and extremely reasonable. The housekeeping staff is great. Our check-in was easy and quick. "Staff at the front desk are very courteous and professional! They made the stay. The renovations were not an issue. The room divider/glass were dirty and had something splattered on them. Other than that it was great!"

"I had a great experience staying at the Cabanas for the first time. I've been to Disney property every time and let me tell you that I was surprised by this hotel, food court, playing area, gym, Starbucks (coming from Seattle, that was a plus). The room was spacious, clean and very well-maintained. One thing that got my attention was the personal text message welcome and being able to ask any question at the front desk and get the answer right away. Well done Universal! I will stay here next time. "
