"Our stay was great! Well maintained property. Nice pools, great service, excellent on property restaurant. **Side note: The shuttle to & from the parks is a nightmare. It is a 3rd party service not connected to the Aqua Sol. The service was abysmal. The night time driver is rude and completely unprofessional. We almost got in an accident on 3 seperate occasions. The times for pick up & drop off make no sense and it will take you 2 hours to get to & from the parks as the shuttle stops at several...

"I liked the design of the gardens and pool area, the little beach, the fire pits at night, the restaurants. It is a very beautiful hotel.The people at the front desk were very friendly. I think the only thing the hotel has to improve is the quality of the towels. I would love to go back."

"Went during the winter holiday event with my mom and teenager. The property was well decorated with beautiful lights and decor. Room was comfy and got a chance to enjoy the heated indoor pool. The staff was very accommodating, friendly, and nice. Will be back again for sure!"

"Very nice resort, staff was amazing, checked on us daily. Pools were heated. Only down fall is you can hear everything in the morning/ night when you're trying to sleep. We had some noisy kids next to us. Overall we'd go back. "
