"Had a great stay at the New Orleans Marriott! The highlight was the amazing service from Leanna Wallace at the front desk—she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome with a room upgrade and a special package. The hotel was clean, well-run, and in a great location. Only small issue was the bed—one side felt like it was sinking in a bit, so the mattress might need replacing. Still, everything else was great and Leanna’s hospitality truly made the experience 5 stars. Looking forward to staying again!"

"A small issue checking in after 12am from a late flight. We were told to check back at the desk at 8am for credit card information as the hotel’s system was down. We did not do it as we needed to sleep later than 8. There was no problem as information was on file. It to be a strange request for weary travelers. Everything else was just fine. Other interactions with the staff were fine. "
