"Booked this room for the private onsen and it was quite a lovely experience. We brought our luggage to them early in the morning and asked them to hold it until our check in so we could explore and after we checked in and made it to our room they sent someone to bring the luggage up. There was a breakfast buffet included with our room and it had a really nice variety of foods from western to Japanese. Staff spoke great English "

"Great combination of traditional with contemporary features, albeit not perfect with either so expect rattling windows with wind, and not many electrical plugs, but just don’t expect perfection and you should be fine. Baths are not huge so i can foresee them getting crowded potentially, but our time was great. The private spa in our suite definitely was a huge plus. Food was excellent, somewhere between traditional and french."
