"The best so far of our family Japan trip! Hatsue and Genki were the most gracious hosts, embracing us with such kindness us as if we were family. "The property is extremely clean. The pension is owned and run by an old amazing couple. The husband is the chef that cooks amazing food so yummy and dinner would be 6 course meal served by his wife! "Super quaint and cute place to stay. English is limited but everyone is super friendly and accommodating. We were tired from hiking when we arrived and it was Dark, we could not find a place to eat and a few directions would have been nice. Besides that, everything was lovely. Since we passed out from being tired, we didn’t let the heat get to us and had a great sleep."

"We were a family with young children and stayed at Villa B, which was a standalone 3-floor loft-style apartment. It worked really well for us - bedroom with 2 queen-sized beds and ensuite bathroom (including bathtub, washing machine and heater for clothes drying). The second "storey" was a small but well-equipped kitchenette, with a seating area. On the third "storey" was a loft with two sets of futons available.
