"The hotel is nice. The lobby area is beautiful, and the restaurant that is connected is called Betts. The valet parking staff were really nice. However, I must say that the front desk staff were passive aggressive and not very welcoming. One had a brash tone when I pointed out inaccurate charges to my room summary prior to check-out. In addition, the carpet in the room was a bit smelly and the carpet in the hallways are too thick to roll a suitcase on comfortably without having to pull it hard....

"We ended up in two different rooms for our stay. The first room had cockroaches in the bathroom then the water AND the heat stopped working. The second room was a downgrade from the first with barely any water pressure and a broken toilet. We had to wash up in the sink. There was white dog fur everywhere from whomever stayed there previously and there were ALSO cockroaches in THAT room. We had to wash every dish before we could even cook in the room because the dishes were dirty. Just over"

"Excellent property! Apartment was roomy with a game room, 2 baths, full kitchen and living room. Property has Olympic size pool, rooftop deck, gym, and lots of amenities. Would definitely stay again when I return to Cleveland. "

"This is a great property. Super location, amazing common spaces if sharing with other couples or friends. Communication with property managers was spot on. In the heart of 4th Street East we walked to everything. Ball Park, House of Blues, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Rooftop Patio was perfect for morning coffees and evening drinks."
