"The person at desk when we got there did not even look up from what she was typing to ask if she could help us. She continued to type, and when she was good and done, she finally checked us in. The rest of the stay was amazing. The room was clean. The hotel was beautiful, and ALL the rest of the staff were excellent! The shuttle was a great asset. We could park our car and they would take us where we needed to go (within 2 miles) or come get us. We didn't need to drive. "

"Excellent hotel with valet parking in downtown Cleveland close to many venues. Friendly helpful staff easy quick check in. The guy at the front desk had a great sense of humor, he was knowledgeable and efficient. Centro restaurant was fabulous. Our server was excellent. We stayed on a Tuesday and there was a fabulous date menu with 4 courses and great champagne included. The bread was fabulous. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms, choppped salad, delicious steak and Bolonaise pasta all for $109. Huge bowl of pasta we took some to go because we were stuffed. We had carrot cake for dessert yummy! Great stay I would definitely recommend it!"
