"Not enough service from housekeeping staff. They came to clean the room after 4 o’clock and only cleaned half the room. Lobby location on 2nd floor less inviting but on the very positive side the check in staff was very friendly and professional. "

"Was surprised how close this hotel was from our event we were attended (concert) it was alot closer than at anticipated. Food places were also close an in walking distant. The staff told us the bar inside the hotel is open till 11pm but the bar attendant was nice enough to stay over. At first the parking was confusing but they have valet parking was only $45 for the evening which was so much cheaper than parking across the street at the arena it cost $75 all we had to do was give the keys over...
