"Our room was clean and I loved the bathroom design -- huge open shower with a sink on either side. it was almost like having two separate bathrooms to get ready in. The robes and slippers were a nice touch and I liked some of the unique furnishings. Service from all staff was wonderful. Our package included breakfast and the food from the restaurant wasn't great, but I would give it another chance. Really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely return. Valet service is expensive but...

"Over all it was a nice stay. We stayed one night for the Cavs game. It was a short walk to Rocket Fieldhouse, plenty of restaurants to choose from. There is a $10 parking garage kind of connected to the building if you don't want to pay for valet parking. The rooms are large and clean. Not as modernized as some more expensive places though. "
