Check in 4pm actual time room was ready 6pm. Car lost by valet when trying to leave. Absolutely horrible cleaning in the bathroom and the room in general. My 2nd stay here was my last one here.

Julia at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. The whole hotel smelled / looked clean and well taken care of and the room was comfortable for the one night we stayed. We went with the valet as every other parking option was double the valet fee and it worked great.

The bed was so uncomfortable. I could not sleep. I was rolling around the whole night. the next morning I I asked the staff for napkins and plates and the staff’s response was we don’t have anything like, and another thing, we did not have a microwave in our room, had to go to the lobby to warm your stuff up.

We stayed here for a staycation to celebrate a birthday. Loved how close the hotel is in proximity to the casino, stadiums, and other social places. The room it self was large enough to have a few people over before heading out for the night. The bed and pillows were some of the most comfortable I’ve had east of the Mississippi. My only concern was the bathroom could be a little more “fluffy” friendly, but I understand the building is older and space was limited. Overall the hotel was great and I’d stay here again.

Nice staff. Check in was late. Arrived 3:45. Had to wait 1hr and 40 min to get suite. Room clean but No pillows or blankets for the pull out, even though i registered for 2 adults and 2 children. Pull out mattress very poor quality and small.
