"I enjoyed being close to the Rocket Mortgage Field House Arena, and being able to walk to nearby restaurants. The hotel and staff were nice. I have to honestly say that the breakfast was not good."

"Beautiful architecture, the staff were so nice, the lobby has an amazing fire place, located in beautiful downtown Cleveland, walking distance to great restaurants and locales."

"The street for the entrance is very congested. Checking in is challenging if you are in a vehicle because the street is narrow to begin with and it is the area where valet is located. By the time I finished checking in and getting my room key, between ride share services and guest relying on valet, I was locked in."

"Over all the stay was good expect for a few hiccups. The first being the first room we were in the bed broke at random. The chair was not very clean and there was a light out in the bathroom. The bathroom floor also could use a good cleaning especially in the Corners were the bathtub meets the floor. But….. despite all the stated things once the front desk was notified they quickly moved up to another room which was better still could use a good cleaning but the bed was comfortable and we all...
