As I enjoyed the amenities, I found just what I wanted, the right kind of tea, the oils I prefer, the cappuccino machine, good speakers for music, , the golf cart with a rain cover so we could enjoy the gorgeous outdoor when it sprinkled.And then my kids didn’t leave that basketball court and they were happy to find basketballs there/c theirs popped. "Garbersville is very cute with many friendly residents. Mary’s Place was cozy, clean, and perfect for our group. "

"We were only here for one night and the weather was too chilly to take a dip in the pool. Parking was close to the guest house/pool. Nicely decorated but it’s small. Fortunately lots of outdoor space! Bed was very comfortable. Nice towels and many toiletries provided. Perfect location if you are looking to tour the Redwoods. Two things that kept me from giving 5 star rating were: there was old coffee(how old?) in the pot and the refrigerator is located outside of the unit and it wasn’t clean."

"This home is a gem in Southern Humboldt. Just steps from the historic Benbow golf course. My kids loved the pool, it’s big and deep. Easy access right off Hwy 101, near the town of Garberville with good grocery stores. Close to Redwood groves and swimming holes on the Eel River. Comfortable beds and amazing views."
