"It's a good hotel, but more business professionals with meetings on the area. Breakfast was limited and I would not recommend this for a tourist/leisure trip. There are better options for that in Tokyo at similar prices. If I was on a business trip and have meetings nearby, I would qualify this as conveniently located and fit for purpose. "

"The Villa Fontaine is in an excellent area and the front desk staff is wonderful. The rooms (despite an alleged update in 2022) feel very old and the beds are quite firm. The bathroom is nice but the kitschy wallpaper and neon signs is a bit… odd. It’s a weird place with some unique character and you’d be hard pressed to beat the location. Don’t expect to be blown away by this hotel but it gets the job done."
