"Big pluses - washer and dryer at only 300Y, vending machine with beer and canned cocktails, friendly, helpful staff, great coffee machine with latte, any time of day, good breakfast relative to many other 3* hotels (just stayed in six others). "Extremely practical. Met all my needs. The location is outstanding, minutes from one of the main railway stations, Ikebukuro. I could even run every morning from this location, just by crossing the nearby bridge. I thoroughly recommend breakfast, especially the smoothy. There are plenty of eateries nearby. There’s a super local place opposite. "

"Great little property. Very clean. Small, as expected. Was staying as family of 4, so room a bit small, but still enjoyed. Probably wouldn't stay for a long time. Service was great. Good location. Only thing i didn't like was the room was very stuffy. Couldn't change the temperature to make it cooler"

"We stayed here for 10 nights. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. The room was soundproofed and quiet. A 1 minute walk from the underground, and so many shops and resteraunts within walking distance. Also a 7-11 3 minutes down the road. Only con was they don't have the ac on during most months and I found the room was very hot. They provided us with a small fan which helped. We will definetly stay here again on our next trip. "The rooms are small but clean and very well stocked and the staff are very helpful. the hotel is a little dated now but it’s in an extremely good location and has everything you need for a lovely stay in Tokyo!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here! First off, the hotel itself is beautiful and our view... wow, our view was gorgeous especially after arriving at night after a long long overseas flight. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. It was close to the train station and 7-11 (love!!!) yet quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. If we wanted to get anywhere, it was a short walk to the major train station. We would definitely go back if we have the chance to visit Japan again. "
