This is a terrible property. The rooms and corridors are filthy, there is mould on the walls and ceiling, a horrible musty smell and dampness - none of the appliances worked, and when we told the staff about this, they were rude and unhelpful. Do not waste your money on this place.

The property gives kind of an old Japan vibe not as renovated, but very nice on the outside. Hotel rooms are very nice. Kind of cold at night in the winter.

Location was awesome! Hotel rooms were very outdated, needs to be renovated. But overall, the hotel and staff were great.

Perfect place to get out of the bustling city. Better if you rent a car so you can get around Narita. Close to the airport too with shuttles. I'm not dependent on public transport so this works out perfectly for my partner and I.

The property is close to the airport but too far away for everything. They have smart store ans 2 restaurants but if you wants to explorer the city you need to travel a lot minimum 3 trains (subway). Hotel offer free transportation to the nearest station
