"Very large hotel about 6 minutes walk to the closest subway. The rooms are pretty small as is usually the case with Japanese hotels; maybe an upgrade would help. There wasn't much in the way of a wardrobe to unpack but luckily here there was space under the bed for suitcases which wasn't the case anywhere else we stayed. Everything was clean and the staff were very friendly. It's not very central to most of the tourist things but easy to jump on the metro from the nearest station and get around."

"So convenient, especially for jet lagged travelers just getting into Tokyo or those needing to depart on early AM flights. Easy check-in. They will hold your bags, if needed. Nice adjoining restaurant. Rooms are small, but very sufficient. Would definitely recommend as a one night stay. Luggage shipping close by."

"The hotel was very good value. It is not a luxury hotel, but is quite comfortable with spacious, clean rooms and has all one needs for an airport stay. The dinner buffet was good. It offers, for an extra charge, access to an onsite gym which is well equipped."

"The hotel complex is large and very nice. We stayed in the main tower. Our room was clean and quiet and had a wonderful view of the city. The hotel is right next to Shinigawa station and was easy to get around the city from. The complex had a lot of shops and restaurants and a 7/11 which was very useful. Would highly recommend!"
