"I never actually made my stay here because my travel arrangements were disrupted by a long plane delay (International flight). As soon as I realized this was going to be the case I got in touch directly with the property. They were incredibly kind and allowed me to cancel with a refund (just this one time). While I don't encourage travelers to expect this, but wanted to share because it's meaningful to receive a little grace when things are not in your control traveling to a foreign country....

"Great atmosphere. The sauna and hot tub area is fantastic. The capsule was fine. It had plug in for charging and lights, TV. The bed itself was a bit stiff, but I still slept fine. Close to train stations, close to shopping and all sorts of food. The street it is on is lively and fun. I would definitely spend a night here again if I ever go back to Japan. Shampoo, shaving blades were provided to keep you looking fabulous. Highly recommend. Breakfast was also great 👍"

"The beds are uncomfortable, you have to check out everyday, there are no private showers only the public bath, the toilets are disgusting, the staff don't speak English and its in the middle of nowhere (and hour train ride into Tokyo)!"
