"Very modern, clean and comfortable hotel in a great location- easy to get to from the airport and walkable to historical centre. The staff were exceptional- very freindly, welcoming and helpful. My only criticism would be the hotel's policies on providing toiletries and facilities in the room- I didnt find it convenient to: not have a fridge in the room; to have to go to a communal area to get tea and coffee; and only have things like slippers available to buy from a vending machine!"

Roof top lounge, and in the summer it even has a pool over looking the Duomo. Staff here are helpful and friendly. Train right outside that takes you to the SMN train station and the airport. Hight recommend, especially if you have children."

"My room is spacious with two beds, one is a queen bed (or bigger) and a single bed and new bathroom. Budget friendly for young aldults with free breakfast every day. I may get noisy at time since dinner time in Florence start from 8pm but it gets quiet after midnight. Steps away from tram and about 15 minutes walk to the Duomo. A lot of shops and cafes around. Fun and convenient area to be. I wish the room had ook(s) in the bathroom. "
