The nuns were very helpful from booking until check-out. They were friendly too. The property was comfortable and clean with good connections to the airport and walkable to the city centre and train station.

It was run by nuns and they were really nice. The garden was also really peaceful and scenic. It’s walking distance to most monuments. The area felt a little sketchy at night but not any different from other neighborhoods in Florence.

This hotel is part of a working Abbey, so we could hear beautiful nun's voices singing in harmonious a cappella three times each day. Clean, lean furnishings, with great hot water! Great value for the money.
