"Staff were nice, place clean, coffee is free which is not usual in a 3 star hotel. The only drawback is how noise it is in the am around 7. A lot of banging and what not but could had been the area where my room was because I could also smell every morning the breakfast cooking and I was in the 2nd floor "

"Loved our stay here! The staff was so nice and accommodating (letting us check in much earlier than check out). The room was clean, beautiful, and air conditioned. Not being used to the humidity we are most thankful for that! The only thing I’d say is that the shower doors were not able to close all the way so water got out and made the floor super wet so we felt bad leaving it like that. "We loved the staff, the morning breakfast and location was walkable to Florence. The few issues we would have appreciated a bit more: it was the hottest week on record and our room was not cool enough after being out all day. The bed was very hard, that made resting in a hotter room after a long day of walking through Italy a challenge too.
