"My husband and I recently stayed here and LOVED it! Claudia, the host, was amazing. We had an urgent situation where I needed medical assistance and she drove us to the hospital in her car and stayed there with us for hours. She is beyond helpful, selfless, and truly loves her guests! The room was perfect, spacious, and very clean. Antonio was great and also super helpful. There's a cafe and a supermarket nearby, a very popular pizzeria and Santo Spirito 5 minutes away and the heart of the city is just 10 to 15 minutes walk away. The apartment had everything we needed for a family of 5, great cooking facilities and a neat and tidy bathroom. We'd definitely stay there again if we return to Florence. "
