The Manager and staff were all very welcoming, pleasant and accommodations were beautiful. We also took our Daughter, her husband & 2 grandchildren. We were all in the Maison category rooms w/loft & able to open to a small balcony for fresh air. Rooms are sound proof, spacious & very modern altho bldg was built in the 1600’s. Lovely stay and would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Check in was easy, everyone who works there is kind attentive and friendly! There is is public transportation nearby and it’s about a 20 min walk to the center of everything which honestly doesn’t feel long when you are doing it. Nice food options nearby and always felt very safe

The staff was excellent and very helpful! Marcos, Anna, Carolina, Diego and Raffa were amazing! Thank you guys! The breakfast was unbeatable and sooo good, the room was different, beautiful and super clean. The location of the hotel is great, very near the train station, buses and dining options around.
