"Maria was great and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great! On Nov 2024 the tram station near the hotel is not working, there is constructions everywhere, so you must walk at least 15 mins to get to the city center. It didn't bother us. We had problems with the room temp, but I would stay here again."
