"We had such a wonderful stay here. A gorgeous boutique hotel in a great location, easy to walk to all the main attractions. The staff are absolutely lovely and very helpful. "We had the unit on the bottom floor it was too loud to get a good nights sleep. You could hear all the passing cars/motos and people talking nearby. We also used the sofa bed and it was terribly uncomfortable."

They do go the extra mile to help with any question concerns and do have great recommendations for dinner as well as how to get around the city. Love this place and will give them not a 10 but a 12. "Was checked in by a lovely lady who made us aware of our VIP status and amenities with it. The hotel was kind enough to hold our luggage when we checked out so we could explore before heading to the train station. They were also kind enough to ask about arranging a taxi for pick up to take us to the train station. "

"Loved the room, loved the location. Directly across from Pitti Palace and within walking distance to many great sites. A quick five minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio. We had a 2 bdrm/2 bath suite which was huge and having two bathrooms was great. Didn’t have much contact with reception but enjoyed our stayed. Shopping and restaurants all around. Would stay again."
