"Nice hotel, I had to park on the street to find the missing valet. I asked at the front desk and they took care of it but I had to ask if that was a service they provided. Hotel over all is nice. If they are trying to make a real 5 star they need to vacuum the hallways more often. I noticed crap on my floor, in the elevator and on the main floor. I did only stay one night and I would absolutely return to the property. I only had the chance of trying the Japanese restaurant which is attached...

"The lobby is beautiful and overall the room is really comfortable and nicely appointed. For the price though, complimentary coffee and tea should be included in your room. Most people look forward to enjoying one or both at night or in the am. The mini bar was well stocked but those two items should be gratis or if they can’t be offered to the level that the property likes to maintain then at least offered as a complimentary service in the lobby. Most properties at this level have something. "

"Our reservation was changed at the last minute, and this wasn't the unit or even the building that we had reserved. The bed was not very comfortable, and there was no reading light in the bedroom or top sheet on the bed. The unit was very sparsely furnished. Check-in and check-out procedures were not very clear, especially when given last minute info on the phone while driving in downtown Toronto looking for a parking lot."
