"Worst "all inclusive" hotel I've been to. Service was poor and I had to cancel my 2 nights after staying the first night and requested a refund. The manager with whom I interfaced had very poor customer service skills and seemed more interested to havd us cancel our stay rather than fix the issues. We went to breakfast at 9am as breakfast was from abt 7am to 10am. "The resort was great, not huge and exhaust you from walking around to places. I loved the outdoors Chicken Hut grill by the pool area, they served Jerk chicken so delicious. The beach was in front of the property , there was chairs & umbrellas already there. It was clear, clean water, and nice soft sand. The dinning options was ok, but i likd eating at the buffet the most, more options and variety of food than the restaurants, which you have to reserve in advance. The room was nice and clean, ...
