"This is the second time i have stayed in this house, this time was glad to see more kitchen supplies and chairs by the pool. However the hot water did not work the whole 2 weeks of my stay, which i was very disappointed in also my last week there was no internet which left me feeling a little stranded. "The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. "Excellent location to relax! We spent our days reading our books and lounging at the villa or at the beach. Villa was clean, well kept, and very charming. Miss Cassie is an amazing cook and has a beautiful personality. The whole family loved all her meals which were excellent and first class and we also enjoyed our grocery shopping trip! :) Host communications were great with no issues whatsoever. Would return in a heartbeat. "

"The property is beautiful. The view of Montego bay from the veranda, masterbedroom and pool were breathtaking. Mel is a full service host. We came as guests and left as friends. He made sure we knew all the nuances of the area. Also he would ask us where and what we wanted to do and made many a suggestion. He's more than half the price of a taxi and three times the comedian. "Allamanda is a truly special place. We are repeat guests and love it more each time. The staff is amazing and we were so well cared for. Tryall Club was beautiful, both the beach, pool and grill, and an easy drive from the villa. We will be back! "

"If you love a laid back experience with a beautiful beach with no one bothering you, nor crowds, then this is an amazing option. While the weather was not cooperating, the house and its location was still amazing. The staff was kind and very accommodating. The only caveat to anyone looking to stay here.. you should know you will likely eat home most nights. Ocho is a 45-1 hour drive (given traffic) and driving at night is not fun. There are not too many restaurant options around. Maybe 2-3....

"I loved everything about staying here. The staff was wonderful and treated me well! Although the food was mid and the drinks didn’t do anything to me rum just isn’t my thing I’m a tequila type of girl 😂 I had to buy Hennessy and it put the icing on my cake I was tore up for the rest of the weekend! But the staff was definitely great. My favorite food spot was the jerk chicken stand on the beach the buffets was mid. (Riu Montego Bay has better food and probably where I will be staying at next time or the Riu palace)"

"We loved this resort! Very beautiful pool. The beach area is small. The rooms were comfortable and the food options were delicious. The bartenders were amazing! Some of our favorites at the swim up bar were Britannia, Christina, Miguel, Nicholas and Rajay. Tresean and Kevesha kept us entertained all week and kept us updated to all the events happening. We always ended the night at the lobby with our favorite bartenders Omar, ainsworth, and Daniel. The food was delicious my favorite meal was the snapper with sweet potatoes at the red snapper restaurant! They also had an Indian restaurant which was delicious! One bad thing was the fight for chairs. People would wake up at 6am to reserve chairs and then go back to sleep. "
