"This property is amazing. Was a little skeptical when the driver turned in on a dirt road but as soon as we pass the front gate, it was as if we were transported to a tropical paradise. The views in the backyard are incredible. The house is always clean. Rose the housekeeper and Ricky the groundsman, were amazing. Felt safe knowing that they were there. Highly recommend having Rose cook for you. She cooked us breakfast and dinner every night. So worth it. Will absolutely come back with the family again. Highly reccommend this porperty. "

"The property is truly amazing.All the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. We were a group of 12 and there were no complaints. The staff on hand were very helpful and assisted as needed. "Property was well lept and clean. Both the owner and housekeeper were great at trying to make us comfortable. However the wifi was not stable and I work remotely from home, so stable internet is a must! Other than that, this property was pretty cozy"

"Property is located in a safe area. Easily found. Kitchen amenities needs a bit of improvement but useable. No cable, internet/wifi but maybe due to the effects of huricane beryl. Overall, I would stay there again"

"Comfortable, clean, well appointed, fully air conditioned with WiFi and complementary streaming tv. The surrounding community was also very welcoming starting with the gate security. We enjoyed our stay 💯"

"Poor communication with the owner and his property manager: manager never answered my messages and owner cancelled my booking based on his bad faith allegations to VRBO (supposedly because I would have violated VRBO rules, which was untrue) leading to my booking getting cancelled with the obligation to leave the property the same day and only a 50% refund of the whole rental value had I not gotten in touch with VRBO customer service to demonstrate the owner's bad faith. Positive aspects: - Good location: close to supermarkets (8-10 min by car), gym (5-6 min); public beach (6-7 min); 30 min from Montego Bay - Awesome and very comfy couch in the living room with a big TV; TVs in each bedroom; lots of kitchen utensils and equipment in the kitchen. Negative aspects: There were several non-functional items in the house: 1) living-room air conditioner was not working (only ventilating, not sending cold air). I reported it to the owner but, despite his property manager reviewing it in person, he never sent anyone to fix it. 2) WCs were both leaking. 3) Clothes dryer was not drying clothes. I could only use the cloth lines outside. 4) The iron entrance door to the driveway fell after a week from the rust on one of its hinges."
