"Stayed here with family in early January, and it was nice. The staff is excellent, from the doormen to the valet to the front desk to even housekeeping and maintenance! They were all very helpful. The rooms are typically NY-small, but they are adequate. The only issue we had was we couldn't really adjust the heat to a higher setting; the room stayed about 68-69 degrees, and we wanted it a little bit warmer. But, we managed with blankets and comforters. The lobby is busy, and the elevators, also. The rooftop bar is really nice, and I recommend this property for a city stay away from tourist-areas. "

"The room was perfect for one person. Plenty of storage and hanging space. It was well designed and all your needs had been anticipated. Would not want to share this room, too small. Very quiet, comfortable and beautiful looking out over the trees. Coffee and food easy to access downstairs with plenty of spits for comfortable hanging out. I will stay here again. "

"This is hotel was fantastic, staff were friendly, the rooms are huge, we stayed during the winter and the rooms were cosy warm with a super comfy bed, it's 5 minutes away from Grand central station, I would highly recommend this hotel and would most definitely come back, we got our deposit back within a few hours, I could not fault this hotel"
