They do go the extra mile to help with any question concerns and do have great recommendations for dinner as well as how to get around the city. Love this place and will give them not a 10 but a 12. "Only giving a 4 instead of a 5 for a few reasons. We didn't have breakfast so can't attest to how good it is. The shower was somewhat difficult to use due to the shower head not wanting to stay still. With that said it's in a good location pretty close to a bus stop which takes ~25 minutes to get to the tourist area or a 45 minute walk mostly downhill."

Luckily the ceiling was higher so not as claustrophobic as it could've been. Lack of natural night was noticeable. There is a small window opening into a "courtyard" but not enough for my liking.
