"The staff at the hotel was amazing (front desk, night manager, housekeeping director, breakfast staff) and the hotel was classic Florentine style. Although I didn’t get to enjoy the entirety of my prepaid stay at the hotel and Florence ( I injured myself on day 3 of my 15 day stay and left for the US on day 7), my stay was comfortable and all the staff helped me as needed. Beautiful roof top terrace. Nice location near the Uffizi. Great breakfast. Clean rooms. "
