"The non working escalator was the only complaint. It was not functioning for the entire stay. Also the alternate entry was poorly lit and looked dangerous late at night upon arrival. During the day the alternate entrance was fine and well lit."

"This hotel, whilst a little dated in decor, is in a fantastic location. The staff are wonderful and nothing is a problem. The room I stayed in was small if a bit in need of a refresh, however it was very clean with lots of towels and very quiet. I would stay here again. Easy walking to theatres, shopping, museums, transport etc. I love the large reception area with lots of couches to relax."
