The lounge provided a nice vibe and area to eat and meet for drinks, however Friday and Saturday night got very loud. "It was NYC so we expected it to be expensive and cramped, which it was. The room was meh. Not great, not bad. The bed was too soft for our liking, but we like firm mattresses. We spent three nights and slept pretty well. The best parts were the location and roof-top bar. It is rated as one of the best roof-top bars in New York, and we saw why -- great views of Empire State and more. We would go back, but we wouldn't rush back."

"The room was a nice size. The hotel is very conveniently located for Penn station and subway stations. Some places are walkable. The room had not been cleaned when we arrived but they fixed that soon after. Everything was fine."

"The room was clean. We had issues with the heating unit and the handle on the shower but maintenance was quick and efficient. The elevators are small and slow but everything else was good. Great location A little noisy from times square but that is to be expected. Would definitely stay again"
