"Every staff member I had an interaction with was kind, professional, and very helpful. They all simply looked like they enjoyed working there, which made my stay more comfortable. There was construction going on with some of the escalators right in the front that took away from the dramatic view as you walk into the building. "My time at this hotel was pleasant. My room was clean and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was really good. They did this cute thing where they made me and friend guest of the day. They gave us a bag with goodies inside. The worker's at the front desk were nice and welcoming. The rooms and the bathroom could use some updating but the overall the condition is clean. I will definitely return. "
