"I stayed for 4 nights, and the hotel was great but the area around the hotel had a good number of homeless people just hanging out. I had no problems with them, it just seemed like there were a lot of them."

"Staff was very courteous and friendly. Especially Thomas at the front desk. Valet was convenient and staff was extremely polite. Getting Room Service was VERY slow and I had to call 3 times after waiting over 45 minutes for our dessert order. Several times the phone was not picked up when calling Room Service or the Restaurant. We found it particularly odd that there was no refrigerator in our room. Other than those 2 things, it was a great choice!! "

"The hotel and staff were amazing. The reason I put good for cleanliness is because in our room above the head board for some reason someone had clear tape up there. I know it’s not an area where most people would look up and see but tape was there about 6 pieces. Otherwise everything was wonderful."

"This is not a fancy hotel but the staff are EXCELLENT — helpful, friendly, responsive. In addition it is a great location for attending events at the Georgia World Congress Center, the Aquarium and the Civil Rights Museum. It’s also great to have free breakfast!"
