Housekeeping was terrible. We had to go down to the front desk in the evenings to get clean towels and coffee. Our room was never serviced over a 3-day span. The staff seem to be very disinterested in the issues. We will not be returning to this hotel or staying at any affiliated hotel.

Absolutely loved staying here at American Hotel Atlanta. We visited Atlanta for New Years and this was a great location for a first time visit. It was very close to everything- Centennial Park, College Football Hall of Fame, Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca Cola, & even just a 15 minute walk to Mercedes Benz stadium. Will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you for everything, Tenn- you were the best!!

The moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted by friendly staff who made check-in a breeze. The room was clean, and well-decorated. The bed was comfortable. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone I interacted with went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect.

The property was nice, however there is no microwave in the room, there is a restaurant but you have to go down to order and pickup your food; and the hotel has a policy through DoorDash to not let them deliver to your room. A little inconvenient.

Beautiful hotel in the midst of downtown. Convenient location, next to beautiful Centennial park. Walking distance to most of the main attractions. Guest service and staff is excellent and very helpful. Valet is kind of pricey $55, but safe and secure.

Upon opening the door to my room I was welcomed with an immense odor of mold. Carpet was wet, trashcan in bathroom was half filled with water, bathtub, toilet and fridge were dirty. Was transferred to another room. Bathroom tub and toilet were also dirty. No towels in the bathroom. Called downstairs to request towels and was told housekeeping was gone for the day and there was no one else that could bring up towels. Was told I could go downstairs and pick some up if would like to do so. Thankfully only had reservations for one night which is why I stuck it out. Will not be staying here again. Oh and forgot mention $55 for parking
