The people who work here are very kind and considerate. They held our bags before and after we technically had our room with no issue. Our room was very clean and comfortable. It’s very close to the aquarium and coke world, but if you’re just going to use the metro it’s a bit of a walk! It worked out and was a great location and stay for us!

Excellent property but they don’t matter about any inconvenience or delays. Our flight was cancelled and they hotel pretend to cancel our reservation, even when we pay for three days if we don’t show up the first night. Neither reimbursed or credit for the night. Expedia do nothing.

Thank you to the young man who checked us in; the other man at reception was a little abrupt. The young man stepped up and was very helpful. Place is nice. Clean. Area nearby kinda sketchy but it’s downtown. You never know what you’re going to get.

The hotel is very convenient to everything. The staff was helpful. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the hotel house keeping staff banged on our door before 8am to rush us out even though our check out time was not until 12. The last time she banged and walked in the room. Very unacceptable.

Jason and Veronica were fantastic with everything. Upon checking in, I had a mishap I only needed 2 rooms. Not 3. Expedia would not refund. Hyatt, could. But I had to get Expedia to do it. Expedia was awful about doing it and took several hours to get it done. They would purposely time out to not finish it. They would even harass the Hyatt front desk. Our rooms were clean, comfortable. The breakfast was great with a lot of choices from yogurt bar, cereal, oatmeal, eggs, French toast, toast, bagels, tea, coffee and beastie fish tank. Parking was great. This Hyatt was 2 min from Atlanta aquarium. Coca Cola,, centennial park. Highly recommend this Hyatt and thankful for great staff.

I could not relax in a hotel that had so many roaches outside. Although, I did not see any inside, it was still very uncomfortable for me; as I am scared of them. I was so paranoid that we would bring some home in our luggage. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, the bathroom sink had a slow drain; and the carpet had multiple stains. The only highlight of our stay was, the extremely friendly front desk staff; especially the overnight young lady- Dinah.
