I been trying to get in contact with some one but everybody failed to handle the problem I was in room 702 my name is Keyana Jackson my initial total was 12.07 an when I checked out an left somebody added a 7 dollar tip making my total 19.57 with out my permission an I don’t appreciate it an I would still like for this matter to be resolved"

"I would have given the property 5 stars because the staff members were excellent- very nice and helpful. And the location of the hotel was great. Close to everything. However the property is being renovated and half the time the elevators were not working. The water was out one day and the pool was closed We were not warned ahead of time that the property was under construction."
