I’m glad this nice little hotel was in the area. I wanted to just do some site seeing in Atlanta and not break my budget. It was safe,affordable,clean,staff was friendly helpful and it was convenient to the hub and Marta. I was gone most of by day so I wasn’t looking for something big with a view. The staff was fantastic. Breakfast was hot and tasty. Hotel is old and in need of renovations but it was comfortable. The area was not great. A man got shot in the head at the hotel next to this one while we were their for a Cheer competition. The area is not convenient or safe to walk around if you are here to be downtown.

When we arrived to the property we realized our room was not fully cleaned prior nose strips left on the walls as well as on the bed post, someone else’s eyelashes on the phone, and fact the sewage was backed up by the second night of our stay, and loud bass noises coming from all around the hotel made it difficult to sleep at night.

Fred was at the front desk for most of our stay. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The location was great to walk to Olympic Park, Mercedez Benz Stadium, and lots of restaurants. We had a courtyard room which was quiet. The complimentary full breakfast is a very nice amenity. Fresh popcorn on the weekend was a fun surprise.
