"The check-in process was smooth and efficient, the staff got us in and out. Our room was comfortable and clean. We weren't familiar with the area and parked in a private lot when we arrived. One of the parking lot entrances was taped off because of maintenance but we weren't aware of it and used the private lot. The staff was considerate and understanding and were refunded the cost of parking. I would recommend staying here for location and amenities."

"In town for a dance convention at another area hotel. We prefer to stay at the Embassy for space and this location is incredible. The only issue seems to be a constant with Embassy hotels…….the shower. The water pressure is always weak. "
