"1) Couldn’t park where assigned, not enough overhead clearance and I had specifically requested and communicated that I needed above ground parking when I made the reservation, and in a subsequent Vrbo message. Very slow to respond. Property mgr had to get involved. Then got assigned a new spot, and it was occupied! Landmark had to issue me an overnight pass. Moved y vehicle three times before ever getting a final spot my last day. 2) then, to get checked in I had trouble with the door code...

"Cancelled on us after the trip had “already started” we arrived around 7 even tho check in was at 4 and didn’t receive instructions to get it. Once I messaged, whoever was responding told us that it wasn’t ready and to come back an hour later. I wasn’t made aware of this situation until I was the one who reached out and messaged. I’ve booked with vrbo so many times and this was by far the worst experience "

"It was first listed under events allowed that’s the only reason I booked. The sliding door is hard to close, the second bed is very small, one of the sinks made brown water come out, didn’t let me know til I booked that the sockets in the bedroom didn’t work. Nice apartment though great host but apartment needs overall help"

"This was a scam and was located at Altitude apartments for students. "
